Can i order by phone

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone

Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

Shopping on our site is safe and secure.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

  1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.

  2. We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

     

Do you do back orders?

No, each item is specific & one of a kind. Once we run out of stock on the item, that is the end of that particular product. 

Do you have a catalog?

No, but you can follow our website, social media, and newsletter to receive updates to our collection. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after your item has been process to ship.

However there is a 24 hour window to cancel if contacted within timely matter. Please email us at sales@royalworkshop.la

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on royalworkshop.la is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment.  Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item.  Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

Care Label

We at Royal Workshop believe strongly on the preservation & conservation of the items sold. In order to maintain your item for a long period of time.

We suggest the item to be hand washed  especially if the item is a 50% Cotton  50% poly light weight T-shirt.

For jackets - Dry cleaning or Delicate wash always suggested 

How do I know my clothing size?

Please refer to the size listed on each product page for measurements. All measurement is specified in inches (in).

Please also keep in mind that every item was created during different era’s, and sizing may vary accordingly.

Return Policy

For U.S.A, Canada & International

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Royalworkshop.la, the royalworkshop.la mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy (collectively, the “Site").

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

No exchanges

For any reason, customers can return the order, entirely or partially. Royal Workshop accepts item for refund within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. 

Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the return tags still attached. 

In order to start the refund process the customers can contact the Royal Workshop customer care team via email at sales@royalworkshop.la

Stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund. 

The customer will then receive an email with a return authorization number (RAN) that is needed to fill out the return tag which must be sent back with the item/s in question. 

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Royal Workshop avoiding any discrepancy. 

Item/s that will not match Royal Workshop return policy will not be taken into consideration and send back to the customer at his own cost.

 

Please note that final sale items, which season is not available online anymore, are not eligible for a return. 

 

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

In case customer requests the refund of the item(s) returned, the credit note will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s). 

The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed. 

Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. This may change depending on banks and credit providers, it could take up to 20 working days. 

Bank transfer refunds will be refunded to the original account after the customer has sent Royal Workshop customer care team bank coordinates.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We deliver within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Certain products have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations.

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.

Shipping is available within the US and standard orders can be delivered to P.O. boxes.

We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS?

We offer free shipping on all Standard Shipping on orders of $700 or more with code RW18, regardless of the size and weight of your package.

For Standard orders under $400 there is a flat rate shipping fee of 

USA - $10 + 2.50  per additional item

International - $25.00 + $5.00 per additional item

Governing Law & Venus

For any action at law or in equity relating to the arbitration provision of this Returns and Exchanges Policy, the Excluded Disputes or if you opt out of the agreement to arbitrate, you agree to resolve any dispute you have with Royal Workshop exclusively in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California, and to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.

If any provision of these Returns and Exchanges Policy is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable during arbitration or by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be deemed severable from this Returns and Exchanges Policy and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Royal Workshop failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Returns and Exchanges Policy will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. No waiver of any of this Returns and Exchanges Policy will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Royal Workshop reserves the right to change this dispute resolution provision, but any such changes will not apply to disputes arising before the effective date of the amendment. This dispute resolution provision will survive the termination of any or all of your transactions with Royal Workshop.
